  2. What did you find out researching Ed’s comment? I’ve used these cards in the past and registered the zip code no problem. Now the web site gives a “A system error has occurred. Please try again later.” message. I’ve tried from different locations/IP addresses, different web browsers and weeks/months apart and can’t access the balance on the card or add zip code. The phone option to enter the zip code does not work, it is option 2 in the menu and does not allow a zip code to be entered but other options like checking the balance do work. Seems like you need to have the zip code entered to make online purchases but they have removed the ability to add a zip via web site or phone. Please let us know what your research found out since it seems like you don’t have any issues using these cards. When was the last time you purchased and registered a zip code on a new card? Just thinking something has changed for you like it has for me. Any help is appreciated.
